This goal comes with either 2.2m or 4.7m projection (but other projections are available on request), 1.8 x 1.05m (6' x 3' 6") laminated back board, competition ring and net. The goal is lowered from its stored position almost flat against the wall near the ceiling to the playing position (depending on projection and ceiling heights) by a manual or electric winch. The board is fully backed with a steel frame with the ring bolting through to the frame so as to protect the board when "dunking", with tubular side arms leading to the hinge plates which can be fitted at a range of heights up a wall to accommodate other fixed equipment or fitted to solid walls or building columns without the need for any cross beams. These basketball goals are a cost effective option for long projections where wall space is limited for example where there are 2 cricket lanes or fixed PE apparatus. They are also more stable than side hinged goals for long projections (where the play in the diagonal brace allows some board and ring movement).

 

These can be ordered with an acrylic board or Slam Dunk ring instead.

 

The goal includes
