Box of Tricks
Box of Tricks is a compendium of small games and activities designed to provide a fun and magical introduction to gymnastics and movement for 2-11 year olds, and available in a kit or as individual pieces.
The kit is housed in a compact storage unit which doubles as a vaulting and agility platform.
Box of Tricks activities engage children in developing basic movement activities including jumping, landing, rolling, locomotor skills, body preparation, throwing, aiming and coordination. The various activities will help to enhance flexibility, strength, spatial awareness and balance and are excellent for helping deliver the requirements of Key Stages 1 and 2. It is cleverly designed to provide lesson after lesson of exciting activities for whole classes, large and small. The support pack includes comprehensive notes on usage and example lesson plans for delivering the requirements of the Key Stages.
Gym Time
Gym Time is available as a kit or as individual pieces, and is a unique and superbly designed range of trestles, tops, bars and benches all utilising a safe and simple velcro fastening system and all easily interchangeable with one another which can be linked to create apparatus for a massive range of activities for implementing Key Stages 1 and 2. A comprehensive support pack enables the equipment to be used to the full and describes extensive oppportunities for all primary gymnastics. The steel tubes are slightly larger in diameter than standard trestles which helps to improve hand grip whilst remaining light weight and sturdy. Gym Time has been endorsed by British Gymnastics. Items can be bought individually or in the recommended pack or mini pack. The full pack allows you to follow the layouts and exercises in the support pack while the mini pack provides enough equipment to start PE and gymnastics.
